Promo Pool Terms

1. Eligibility

The Animus Found promotional pool is exclusively available to verified professionals in the electronic music industry. Eligible applicants include:

• DJs — Active DJs with verifiable mixes, radio shows, or club bookings.
• Playlist Curators — Curators of editorial or independent playlists on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, or YouTube.
• Radio Stations & Program Managers — Operators or selectors of radio stations, online radio, or podcast channels focused on electronic music.
• Music Bloggers & Editors — Writers or editors of music publications, blogs, or magazines covering electronic music.

Applications from general listeners, casual fans, or accounts without verifiable professional credentials will not be approved. We reserve the right to verify all applicants before granting access.

2. Confidentiality & Embargo

All promotional materials, pre-release audio files, press kits, and metadata shared through the Animus Found promo pool are strictly confidential until the official release date.

• Do not share, upload, or distribute pre-release files to any third party, platform, or public channel before the official release date.
• Do not post pre-release tracks on social media, streaming platforms, or file-sharing services.
• Embargo dates are clearly marked on each promo delivery. Respect these dates at all times.
• Violation of embargo terms results in immediate and permanent removal from the promo pool.

3. Use of Materials

Promo materials are provided solely for professional evaluation and editorial consideration. This includes:

• Previewing tracks for DJ sets, radio shows, or playlist consideration.
• Writing reviews, features, or editorial pieces about the release.
• Providing feedback to Animus Found through the official feedback portal.

Commercial use, redistribution, or sublicensing of promo materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Feedback

We encourage promo pool members to provide honest feedback on received releases. Feedback can be submitted through the Animus Found promo feedback portal. Constructive feedback helps our artists improve and helps us tailor future deliveries to your taste.

5. Termination

Animus Found reserves the right to:

• Deny or revoke promo pool access at any time without prior notice.
• Remove members who violate embargo terms, share confidential materials, or do not meet eligibility requirements.
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the promo pool at any time.

Members may unsubscribe from the promo pool at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in promo emails.

6. Data Processing
